Entry level Investment Analyst - Graduate role – Full time – 55K plus super

Our advanced cross border experience and hands on approach enables us to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions to local and offshore corporate consulting and M & A clients.

The Role

The role is an entry level investment analyst for the family office. You will be the fifth member of the team. Your role will be spilt into 3 main responsibilities:

  • you will provide office manager/team assistance duties

  • have semi-responsibility for compliance

  • will conduct investment research duties

The role is varied and due to the size of the team you will be exposed to all facets of the business.

About You

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or in a team

  • Has a curious mind

  • Be willing to undertake all kinds of tasks that a small office requires

  • Holds s a degree in a finance related field

  • Has had exposure to investment theories and can read and analyse company financial statements 

  • Be able to help formulate and write Information Memorandums and marketing documents

  • Has exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, high levels of honesty and integrity and good proficiency in English.

Additionally, the following skills will be highly desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of and have a strong interest in the Investment Banking/Private Equity fields

  • Medium to high MS office skills level, in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Up-to-date with advancements in IT and applications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Asian cultures
